Description

At XTA we are looking for a new partner! If you are a customer oriented person, extroverted and you are looking for a stable project, take a look at this!

For the sales department we are looking for 1 employee for the new XTA customer service point that we will soon open in Roda de Berà.
The initial training will be in La Granada, where we have the XTA headquarters, so it is essential that you have your own driving license and vehicle.
The day-to-day of this figure will be the receipt of requests for information (via web, telephone or in person), personalized advice to XTA clients and follow-up of new registrations to verify that everything be great!
In addition, we occasionally organize commercial and other actions to analyze the demand in the area to improve our services.

What do we offer?
· Indefinite part-time contract.
· Hours Monday to Friday from 4pm to 8pm
· Gross Monthly Salary of 600€ + incentives for results that you will sure achieve!

Minimum requirements

Bilingual catalan and spanish, speaking english would be a plus.
Driving license and own vehicle.
You have at least one year of experience in a position of customer service.

Qualifications

Certificate of medium Education in administration, commerce and marketing or similar.

Knowledge and skills

You will be the ideal companion if:

You love customer service and teamwork.
You work well with computer tools as you will do basic administrative tasks.
