At XTA we are growing! We are looking for a colleague for a new store in Valls. If you are a person with a clear customer orientation, friendly and outgoing, don’t hesitate: send us your CV because we are looking for you!

For the sales department, we are selecting 1 Commercial Assistant for a new customer service point located in the city of Valls.

Your main tasks will be:

Management of information requests received through different communication channels: website, phone, and/or in-person with the ultimate goal of selling the company’s services.
Advising on the use and services of the internet and telephony.
Carrying out the follow-up of installations, in coordination with other teams.
Customer loyalty.
Document management and filing, data entry into the CRM for traceability of actions.

What do we offer you?

Indefinite contract.
Monthly gross salary of €1,528 + incentives.
Immediate incorporation.
Full time: Monday to Friday from 10am to 2pm and from 5pm to 8pm. Saturdays from 10am to 2pm.

Minimum requirements

Bilingual level of Catalan and Spanish, and if you also speak English it’s a plus.
Minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing position.
Valid driving license (B) and availability of a vehicle to travel to the initial training at the company’s central offices for 2-3 weeks (mileage covered by the company).

Qualifications

Vocational Training Certificate in Administration, Commerce, and Marketing or similar.
