Head of the technical department
Description
The selected person will be responsible for coordinating and leading the technical team, both in the office and in the field, ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction and the achievement of the company’s operational and strategic objectives.
Main functions:
1. Direct and supervise the technical team (office and field technicians), promoting a high-performance environment.
2. Plan, organize and control technical resources, aligning their activity with the company’s objectives.
3. Establish and implement key performance indicators (KPIs).
4. Attend to and resolve technical incidents and customer complaints.
5. Participate in the development of the Technical Assistance Service (SAT) strategic plan.
6. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and process optimization.
7. Coordinate the relationship with suppliers and control operating costs.
8. Interpret technical documentation, prepare reports and presentations.
9. Represent the department in meetings with clients and other areas of the company.

Minimum requirements
– Catalan native or bilingual level and Spanish advanced level.
– Intermediate level of English.
– Driving license B.
– Demonstrable experience in managing specialized technical teams.
– Solid knowledge in telecommunications and networks.
Qualifications
University degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science or Electronics.
Knowledge and skills
– Valuable experience in computer systems, security, cybersecurity and programming.
– Accustomed to working under agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
– Mastery of organization and management tools (Trello, Jira).
– Knowledge in Power BI will be valued positively.
